What if I want to stay in a dorm room, but I don't want a roommate?
We get it, so if you would like to stay in the dorm "alone" and the separate bedroom suite option is not for you (or they are completely booked up), you may pay extra to have a double room to yourself. Due to our limited capacity in the specialty rooms (New Hall/Ward) the option to request a room to yourself is limited to the "Patterson Hall*: standard 2 person room."
Cost: $183/person (linens included)

What if I'm planning on being in the area longer, can I extend my stay?
We get it, take advantage of your time near chi-CA-go! (apparently that's how we say Chicago? We think it's normal to say it that way)
Due to other activities going on at the college this summer, we are only able to offer 1 extra night in the dorms after the conference ends. You may not use this extra day to check-in early. This "add on" will make your dorm room a check-in Sunday, Check-out FRIDAY
Cost: $42 a flat rate for the extra day*
Check-out FRIDAY (1 day after conference ends)
*note, you must pay the Sunday - Thursday rate first, and the $42 will be added to that.
What if me and my chem-bestie want to be roomies?
Awesome, we will do our best to accommodate your choice! You will be able to state your preferred roommate(s) when registering. Realize that this means you and your preferred roommate(s) must have registered for the same TYPE of room in order to be placed together. Please plan accordingly!
